This would be my second lucid dream but it was a false awakeing!
This is what happend: I woke up and it was still very dark so i looked at my ipod that was on the floor for the time at it said it was 7 14 so i looked out my window and it was relly stormey but i thought nothing of it. So i went back to sleep and when i woke up i went to look at the time on my ipod but it wasnt on the floor it was on the computer pluged in!
This is my first false awakeing and can anyone tell me how i could realise im dreaming better?

Ya I get those continously, everynight I try to LD, they almost 50% of the time result in an LD becouse I tell myself when doing WBTB or before bed that when I wake up I will do reality checks imeadietly, plus I'm just plain used to having them.

I hate it when I miss them because of my laziness sometimes.

Once I "woke up", looked over at the clock, and it said 10:38 AM. Didn't think anything at the time, put my head back down on my pillow, and went back to sleep. Then I woke up for real, looked over at the clock, and it said 9:14 AM.

If you have the fruqently it's always a good idea to do reality checks when waking up. I don't have them to frequently so I guess that's why most of my FAs are non-lucid.
