I've been doing WILDs like crazy ever since I started learning astral projection. I wasn't feeling well so slept for 5 hours. I thought I might as well try to AP. So I do the relaxation technique and I do it pretty long because I wanted to project. After awhile I just figured I might as well do a WILD because I kept getting sexual urges and it was messing me up. So I then notice darkness fading after 5-10mins and a girl appeared. I was looking around and excited like always when I do a WILD. I was fascinated at how great a WILD is and almost was about to have sex with the girl but I didn't want to waste my Lucid dream doing that. So I fly out the window (For some reason I suck at flying) and flying down to ground level and I see people walking. I try to bring people into my dream but its not working. (I have to read up on that) I then look back to see if the people are in my dream and it turns out the whole setting changed and now its the front of my house and there is a party. Then I notice I'm starting to wake up, I try so hard to stay lucid but after awhile I end up waking up.

Non the less it was fun and I think I've done more WILDs then any other technique.

Cool! You could try and prolong your dream by rubbing your hands or stimulate your dream body with something.. a sensation or so in order to put a larger distance between your dream body aware and your waking aware. It will force your brain into thinking that you are still dreaming like mad and will prolong it. That's what I did.

However, even REM has its limit.. eventually, the prolonging technique stops working and you will wake up.

      Just a thought.

Don't trust what you are seeing right now because you might be dreaming right now. Be LUCID! I repeat, be LUCID!
