Thread: Interesting Lucidity Pattern

Just a funny little thing i thought i would share. i work at a big private park, and have the opportunity to take care of injured hawks and owls, as well as observing quite a few of these that occur naturally within the park. One of my first lucid experiences involved a dream i had that took place in the park. i was standing underneath a beautiful japanese maple when i saw a massive owl flying in circles just above me. the sight of it threw me into lucidity, and i actually ended up having a brief, but intense obe. this happened a couple of years ago.
Just recently, in the last couple of nights, i've had similar dreams. the first was two nights ago, i had a dream about a hawk with a very strange red and black color pattern that kept flying right into me. i kept thinking it was strange and trying to decide what was going on. finally i realized i was dreaming and briefly became lucid. i tried to spin, but i went to bed fairly stoned and my concentration wasn't where it should have been, so i just woke up. then last night i had a dream that i was trying to train all different types of hawks and falcons and such, and in the dream a strange blue pheasant landed on my head. i walked around with it like that for a little while, and although i remember thinking it was strange and kinda cool at the same time, i never achieved lucidity. anyone have any reoccuring experiences like this?
