Yah i dreamed of me having a perfect lucid dream.I did a reality check and i said i was dreaming. the i flew around a huge city, and then i flew to the top of the tallest building. i then jumped off and landed on the cement.
and casually walked away.but i wasn't lucid!! I just was dreaming i was lucid!!! son of a pig!!! Then the next dream i had i was talking to my brother about lucid dreaming, and i didnt notice i was dreaming. and the next dream i had i showed my friend that i could fly but i couldnt for some reason. I thought i was awake but it was so real and i didnt notice that i was dreaming! man im a dumb ass.

      Comments are always welcome!!!

The funny thing is this happened to me a couple nights ago, so I know how it feels. I woke up and was like "HOW COULD I BE SUCH AN IDIOT".

What makes you think it was a non-lucid? It's a lucid dream!

When i got out of bed it took me a few minutes to determine if it was a real lucid dream, cause ive had a real one and it was very similar to the non-lucid.But i now know what it feels like to fly and its very cool.and base jumping without a

Because i had no conscious and absolutely no control. It was like i was on train tracks. for instance, in my dream my mom had an apartment in the big building and i bitch slapped my sister for saying the F word

I thought I had my first lucid a few nights ago, I thought it was just really low lucidity. But the more I think about it, I think I was just dreaming about being lucid.

It's still a lucid dream, since you knew you were dreaming, by whatever means used to become lucid! Just less lucid than before

Well whenever you become lucid you want to use things like rubbing your hands, re-asserting that you're dreaming, and trying to notice how detailed everything is, to increase the strength etc. however, one problem is you often wake up a lot quicker when you do!

Thats the reason why i dont think its a lucid, i just go with the flow and the dream lasts really long. and i dont even try to rub my hands togather or anything. All of my dreams are crystal clear

lol Some lucids you can't control, which means in them you can't rub your hands together. It's a level of awareness, meaning that the more aware, the more control you'll have. I think the vividness is a completely different part of dreaming too. So if you have a vivid lucid dream, you might not be in control, but it may help you become more aware in the long run.

The exact same thing happened to me once (I still haven't had a proper LD, actually)!

I dreamed I went to someone's house and, for some reason or another, went to sleep there. Then, within the dream within the dream, I dreampt I was lucid and did some flying at a "Lucid Flying School". Then I woke up. I ran to tell someone. Then I woke up. DOH!
