I woke up early this morning as I thought I'd have to go out early. Then I realised that I could actually get a few more hours sleep. So I tried to go back to sleep but it would take ages! But yet, I stayed in bed. I started dreaming right as I fell asleep but I didn't realise it at first. Then the dream scene changed and I was like "Hey! I'm dreaming!" As I realised this I suddenly felt like I was coming apart from my body and I saw myself in a really dark and creepy road and had 3 trash cans in front of me. Then I fell to the ground, but I didn't fall once, the moment of falling kept repeating itself while I heard a creepy voice calling my name! I tried to wake up but it took ages until I was able to move! Does anyone know what this could be?! It was weird and creepy!

Well, yeah, but what about the whole other creepy stuff going on? Is it part of the sleep paralysis too?

Ignore ataraxis' blunt manner. He's shunned me on many occasions too

I would try not to look too deeply into it - sleep paralysis is usually accompanied by disturbing dreams. Maybe the content of the dream should be interpreted just like any other.

You had a bad dream, you woke up and you were in sleep-paralysis.
      There's nothing more to it.

It wasn't really a bad dream, I was already waking up while the "bad dream" happened. The sleep paralysis thing probably describes it better. And I never get bad dreams anymore.

Hypnagogic Imagery. It's like a hallucination. Your eyes were closed, and you got some HI, of you standing behind trash-cans. I've tried somewhat similar stuff.
