This afternoon I went to sleep and had a DILD but as soon as I realised I was dreaming I had a False Awakening. |

“Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true.”
It's happened a few times to me before, and I've not found any way around it. Even changing the scene doesn't have any effect on it. I normally just let go of control, there's nothing else I can do!! |

That happened to me in my latest LD, I just woke up eventually after continually trying to move. It was really frustrating! I suppose you could wake up, go back into a ND, or maybe ask for some help from your SG? Or you could try to float or move out of your body in the dream so you are free of it. That could be worth a try. |

i get paralysis + vision-not-changing problems from fas a lot... its relaly frustrating |

I get dream sleep paralysis more often than I'd like to. Someone suggested to me a while back to float up off the bed instead of trying to get up. It works sometimes. |

you are only that way, because you are thinking you can't move. just think you can and you will be able to move. |

on my first LD, (today wmahauahau) I had a similar experience, and my mind immediately associated it to a dream thing (my blanket was trapping me) |
