Last night I dreamt about a girl whom I've always liked a lot, but because of circumstances I won't discuss here we will never be more than best friends in waking life. I've had a girlfriend for two months now, and she is the girl in my life.

However, last night I dreamt of the other one, and this made me realize I was dreaming. (She lives far away so we don't meet often.) My dream recall is total crap so I don't remember anything except seeing her face and a spark of lucidity.
I wish I could remember more, but seeing how it was the first time since I became interested in lucid dreaming that I've realized I was dreaming, I wanted to share it. It's the perfect motivation to work harder on my recall.
