Note: I just read that you're not suppossed to talk to yourself, but It worked for me and I was still relaxed AND it was a way for my to not lose control of my thoughts, so I will continue to do this. |

I tried again last night, I even set my alarm 5 hours after I went to sleep, but failed again. This time NOTHING happened. I will not give up, though |

Thanks everyone! I fell asleep last night when I tried, so I think I'm going to skip a night to get some good sleep before I try again. |

That's pretty good for a first try! Don't give up and good luck. And it's like Clarity said, if it works for you, do it and ignore everyone else that says you shouldn't. |

That's pretty good, even if it's a short DILD, it'll build up with time, nad I find with short lucids that I actually have more dream control than with longer lucids [maybe it's because I can't remember my lucid tasks?] |
