      what was this... hallucinations, beginning of obe, or just a bad LD...?

      So I'm in bed listening to a Yoga Nidra meditation on mp3 player and keeping my body 100% still while keeping my mind aware, and I continue to do it after it has ended (50 mins). Shortly after, I have what i THINK is a false awakening, because I managed to nosepinch and find I'm still breathing. However, I was mostly paralyzed and couldn't move my whole body, and I saw a blue light on the right part of my chest and it was quite big and it seemed like it was trying to get out. A BOOMING voice which appeared to come from all sides was talking to me and called me a puny human and said something about leaving the physical body.
      I can't figure out what to classify that little episode as...

      In many dreams I've had, both lucid and non-lucid I've had the sensation of being paralyzed or somehow drugged but less than full on paralysis. If you could breath through your nose when it was closed then you definitely weren't awake. Did you go from this lucid dream in to normal sleep or do you remember waking up?
