fictional settings

Has anyone ever tried ld'ing through a fictional world? LIke, for example, Middle Earth or Hogwarts or something? I was just thinking how cool it would be to talk to the characters and ask them things. I personally would love to visit one of Miyazaki's worlds. Has anyone ever done that?

Once I tried to visit a fantasy world from a book I'm wriring. Unfortunatly, my teleportation technique failed, I ended up in my bathroom quite dissapointed.

its one of my goals, but as of right now its not high on the list. I need to perfect my WILD first when i do get around to it i want to get into the wheel of time books. that would be tight

Hai! Pick me! There are real worlds to go to? I only work with fictional, helps me concentrate alot more! I regularly work with dragons, Griffons and weaponary, it's alot more fun then walking round in places that really exist!

I haven't done it, but once I get better at lucid dreaming I have plenty of places to go. Hyrule (In several different time periods), Spira (Final Fatasy X), the world of Naruto, Venice, Italy (not a fantasy place but I still want to go there), and a few more I can't think of right now.

Woah, some of Miyazaki's worlds would be astounding... That's a great idea. Hyrule is on my list, but come to think of it, I'd rather visit the town in Spirited Away (because when you get down to it, Hyrule is just a field with a castle. I prefer Kakariko Village myself. Or Clock Town. Yesss, Clock Town. Or perhaps Koholint Island? But wouldn't that be wierd--as that game deals with a whole different type of lucidity!). Right now, I'm working on establishing my own city, which is located at the center of my dream world. I call it Maple City (as maple trees appeared in my first good lucids). It's a clean town covered in trees and shining skyscrapers, underneath an eternal sunset, with a river running around it. I've never traveled there, though I have managed to construct it by distorting my current neighborhood.

I can't even count the number of times I've visited Hogwarts in my dreams - sometimes lucid, sometimes not. I've also wandered through Hogsmeade I love those dreams!

Yeah happened to me, even TV shows lol But my best ones are Sci-Fi world, one of them was a type of Aliens Movie but more violent as I added extra fun elements. It was sooo cool we were marching in a burned forest with tall burned trees. The sky was red and grey with smoke all over. We were equiped with grenade launchers, huge rillfes and guns and hunting down enormous Aliens. I also got stuck in somekind of weird Zombie world where we would just kill tons of tons of zombies, they were slow and stupid and I was using all my imagination to find new ways to kill them. The Zombie world lasted for almost a year. It was almost everynight killing zombies all the time in different settings tho. That was weird tho because Im not a big fan of zombies, I never watched any zombie movie, or wanted to create that dream. Im not even sure if their zombies, they were slow human being and dumb thats for sure. All that was when I was at my peak in controlling dreams. With the right lucidity and my imagination fertile, I could do anything.

Yeah I have also been to Hogwarts a number of times (that wizard garb is flashy) I also participated in the Wizarding Duel. I forget the exact name but I was shooting spells of like crazy and beams shot out and wow. If you are able to I suggest you visit Hogwarts in a dream. There have also been numerous other Fictional places I have visited many things are possible.
