That happened to me in a lucid a while back. I was driving this car and it just took off and it was now a flying car.

In a dream (not lucid). I rode a flying stick shaped as a "Y". The length of it was from my fingertips to my elbow.

I'd have to say my wagon shooter, once I have a LD...

my wagon shooter is a black box like vechile, with titanium alloy, an M2 machine gun in the front, and 2 micro missile launchers on the sides of the vechile

I have had some really sweet rides in my dreams, but I have a lot of them.

I'll put down 2 for each catagory

Land: The first one was some kind of sports car with tons of gadgets. Like James Bond would drive. The second was an SUV I drove Grand Theft Auto style through buildings and stuff.

Sea: I piloted a nuclear submarine once. That was fun. Once I had a dream I had a motorcycle that could go on water.

Air: I've piloted all sorts of planes and spaceships, but my favorites were a F-22 Raptor against about 10 Su-27 Flankers, and the Jedi Starfighter from Star Wars Episode III.

You have drove a number of vehicles. Were all these in lucid dreams?

No joke? A sofa.

none yet...but i would like to pull a mechwarrior or transformers

IIRC a BMW I stole.

There was also one non-lucid dream where I had a helicopter armed with machineguns and stuff.

Land: Yes

Sea:Yes

Air: The one with the Jedi Starfighter I was lucid. The dream with the Raptor wasn't lucid to begin with, but during the battle, I knew I was dreaming. The reason was that the Flanker's heat seekers didn't go after me.

One of my goals is to drive more vehicles. I have only drove basic vehicles and the chainsaw tractor.
