      Cool I am your god!

I had an ld last night and i was in this place and old lady was annoying me so i locked her in a closet and went into this other room where there were lots of people. Not long after she walked into the room with alot of other dc's and i was like oh wel thats the end of my ld cause they are gonna kill me, but then i think of an idea i started yelling at them i am your god i run this world, and then the old lady responded with a look of shock and terror on her face and replied what do you mean? and i gave her an example of what i was capable of i made an old guy stand on a table and do all crazy stuff like poking himself in the eye and doing a monkey dance with monkey chants, it was hysterical.

How do ur dc's respond when u state ur authority to them?

lol very cool. but sofar everyone keeps mentioning an old lady bothering their dream. They've identified her as some kind of dreamwalker.
that's what ive heard. lol but this pisses me off to be seeing bother my dreams. i in the first place would make then suffer with all my might and even not let them get away from me..anyways everytime i notify to dream characters that im their god, they usually dont do anything but start to act random ..i've been using a technique that i though was very usefull. in this one u have to practice visualizing, smelling, and feeling for even more vivid dreams..after using this technique, my dream characters are so logical that cant tell if its a dream that im having or not and the good part ot it is that they are so vivid for me to have my adveentures but too bad..also the dream quality is too high and my dream writes its self...but ill try getting my LDs like oldtimes...and that's by recreating my old nightmares...yep like oldtimes,, my nightmares helped me incubate lucidity easily...but yes im having problems with logical dream characters who interfiere right when i've almost fegured it was a dream. Bastards get me so pissed

When I respond to my DC's with authority they become dumbfounded like I sucked their soul out of them and they are no longer capable of doing anything. It's like a reaction you would get if you just saw the most amazing thing in your entire life that would never happen again nor could it be replicated face with a loss of words.

I haven't had an LD yet, but I've made a mental note to become a god over my DCs once I do. I plan to do all sorts of freaky things. I mean, in a dream, you can do anything with no consequences! It's like tormenting Sims. XD

the very same with me. they go quiet like automatons - like turning off a switch. I kinda don't like that reaction btw

Hmmm... Well one DC responded by trying to axe me, then laughed when I tried (and failed):

      -Setting him on fire.
      -Shooting him.
      -Crushing him.
      -Willing him out of existence.

      He then hacked me up.

I tend to find my DCs are actually people I know. I rarely dream up DCs. And even though they are my friends, they still do as I say lol

I don't recall ever trying to force my dream characters to do anything. At least-- I've never said anything out loud and just expected them to do it. I'll ask sometimes-- but even then, I try not to be obnoxious. Even though it's only a dream I still feel weird about treating the other characters within it disrespectfully. After all, they're usually the ones who make the dream interesting, and it's much better off if they're not mad at me and are able to do what they want. I find it makes the dream more realistic, and thus more enjoyable as well.

When I do request them to do something, they usually do it; sometimes they'll say no or walk away or something, but it's always a response you wouldn't be surprised to see in real life because... well, I've asked them in an everyday manner as well.

I have only become Lucid about 3 times. But in my 2nd one My DC was my best friend in reali life. She was sitting across from me and I didn't state my authority to her.. but I did a reality check and became Lucid..and then looked at her with excitement and told her hey wake up. your dreaming become lucid with me.

and the look of shock on her face was priceless. She just looked completely dumbfounded and just in complete shock. Then her expression changed from shock... to her looking at me like I was completely crazy. After seeing that final reaction I remember thinking "Your right I'm crazy" and I lost my lucidity lol.

It was really weird though. I remember waking up and thinking my friend would call me and tell me she had a weird dream in which I told her to wake up that she was dreaming. Even though I knew it was all in my head.
Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.

To deny may be just as dangerous and misleading as to accept.
