...big black scorpion on my forearm. A fire-hot sting and claws pinching the skin, the legs dangling and dragging about trying to keep hold as the hot pain mushroomed through my nerves.

This wasn't a pure lucid, btw, but it was close.
I woke up and checked my arm but it was all good

I was bitten/eaten by a crocodile in a dream when I was a kid.. I woke up with cold sweat and my heart was beating like crazy.. I knew I shouldn't have played near the crocodiles, Why are there crocodiles in the middle of sweden anyway?
I sleep so I don't have to feel

As long as we can swim freely in our dreams we won't need that sky anymore

As a young child, I remember having a dream about being chased, pinned down, and mangled by a tiger in my house. It was a very disturbing dream that happened when I was perhaps 7 or 8 years of age, and I remember it almost perfectly all these years later.

I dunno what it might've meant. Perhaps not to buy a tiger as a pet? :p

bit by a fucking wierd black bear and it was my minds choosing

yeh strange that biting stuff, ive always had problems keeping myself in a lucide state and so pretty much gave up trying after having a lot of lucid then instant wake ups when i first went to uni. now ive finished uni im back home and i think the whole 'lucid dream happens more when youve changed your lifestyle/home thing' applies here. over the last few weeks ive been watching documentaries and shit at random on the internet and some of them have been about aliend abduction which described how 'feel a presence in the room' and that your 'paralyzed' and how 'if you communicate to them telepathically that your anxious and afraid they will leave you alone'. straight after that i think i started experiencing wat i know understand to be sleep paralysis, whereby i cannot move and i can feel people around me and i see a strange light and my entire body is buzzing, for a while i was fuking sketched out cos i thought, perhaps this is visitation, but after a bit of research i found out this is common to pre lucid/rem sleep. anyways, once i knew that the next night i had a lucid dream and did did the spint
around thing to keep it going, which worked for a while. then as i normally do my mind started being my 0wn worst enemy and i tried to scare myself bu imagining horrible things, to stop myself waking/shitting myself i said to myself in lucid state 'lie back and let the dream continue as my mind wants it to' anyways at this point a small black bear appeared in my hands and started biting me near the face, after this happened i was in full lucid control. this has happened a couple of times when ive been trying to control my lucid dreams when my mind seems to resist and so i start imagining scary things or relax control and have this fuzzy bear biting teh fuk outta me....wierd....and wat a ramble.... dream on!

I was bit by a dog on my thumb once in a dream, it felt wierd, but I remember it didn't hurt like it should have incredibly. As far as I can recall, I never feel the pains in dreams like they should feel like in reality.

What I've learned is not to look for the meaning of things that happen in your dreams, really. There is no real meaning when you examine many instances. While people often associate occurances with weakness/strength, I often find they are much too random and are often just "obstacles" there because they can be - they would probably happen whether they have meaning or not.
