This one's from before I even knew what LDing is:
I was in a conveniece store out in the middle of nowhere and this guy just starts trying to grab me and stuff. I ran off and got into a car, and he started chasing me in a police car. Then my view went to 3rd person and he bumped my car off a bridge. Then my view went back first person and I was suddenly in the high school woodshop. Then that guy came in the door but I looked at my hand and saw I was holding a pistol and I shot him around the shoulder and I guess he died. Then I woke up.

Lol no I didn't even see any when I walked up and looked at the body. I also just remembered another one that was really wierd. I was wearing a kilt and holding a two handed sword and was sword fighting another guy in a kilt. I struck a fatal blow somehow (I don't remember if I stabbed or slashed), but I couldn't see a wound anywhere. Yet he could no longer fight and he just looked up at me and gave me this defiant look. Then I woke up.

Well... I started out serving dinner at a mini fast food restuarant in a mall somewhere...then I went home with this woman...the woman did some freaky stuff while I was in the restroom...and then this other woman showed up with a japanese girl who had been tortured by the first woman introduced into the dream...so the second woman freaked out on the first woman, and I thought the second woman was there to save me, but she wasn't lol...she stabbed my hand into her freaking face X.X

It was actually quite realistic except for my opponent not being cloven in two or having a maggot hole in his stomach. Then again, this was a dream I had like 2 or 3 years ago. But this type of thing probably depends on the individual person.

A question: Do the gunshots there fell like in real life? I mean both shooting the gun with recoil and such as well as being hit by a bullet, does that hurt like it would IRL?

And wow, as soon as I get my first time lucidin', I'll make a dream come true and have a little skirmish with terrorists being in the GSG9.

Getting shot in a dreams feels nothing like real life. It's more of an annoying poke that hurts slightly. Though I've never been shot in real life, I'm sure it hurts alot more.

One of my best fights was probably against a bunch of demons from Devil May Cry. I had Dante's sword and guns (ebony/ivory). Quite epic.

Some people who get shot don't even know they get shot, their brain is in shock, so I guess unless you've been shot, even if it doesn't hurt, you can't really know what it feels like.

I bet that getting shot in a dream can maybe prepare people for getting shot in waking life. i mean not that they might be looking forward to it but if i was gonna go into war for example i would try to fight in my dreams as possible to correct mistakes i havent had in real life.

Bullets always feel like being lightly punched to me--the pain has never been an issue, just the strangeness of "carrying a bullet". Since the first dreams in which I've been shot, I've learned to "lose" the bullets so that they do not weigh me down--either by forcing them out of my skin or "dissolving" them within my flesh or focusing on changing the situation so that I "forget" I've been shot.

I've been shot in the head, and then pretended to be dead with my eyes open. It feels much like a soft blow to the head, with some "ringing" in my ears, and then a numbness and paralysis that last a few seconds. If I become incapacitated in such a way I usually wait until the antagonist is far enough away/distracted and then get up and surprise them like some half-dead villain rising up from the ground during the climax of a horror movie. I go for the eyes and the throat (I always seem to take on some unspeakable animalistic form when I feel threatened). It works a charm.

Knives are different though. Being stabbed seems to be much more lasting a sensation, although I don't usually let it stop me from ripping the blade out and using it for my own purposes. I recently stabbed this very scary nightmare that threatened a loved one right after he'd cut my throat--laughing and kissing him on the cheek after I'd turned the knife around on him.

To read all of this you would probably think I am the violent type but there's absolutely no parallel for it in the real (I am 5'3" and 115 lb and completely non-confrontational). I think I just like the taste of power it brings . . .

I don't like dreams where i fight....because when i do i feel bad about the dream people getting hurt. I have yet to fight someone that i actualy recognize...and generally the fights are being provoked by the other party and i resort to fighting only when struck first (which they never lay a hand on me).

Now do u guys think that violent dreams can have a violent influence on people? like you know how alot of people say that exessive violence in videogames creates or could create a violent personality in real life? case in point: the columbine incident or the V Tech massacre?

      Lucid Battle Last Night

Last night I was having a dream that my friend Sonny and I were being chased by some crazy man, we ran to my house and locked the man out. He finally broke in and Sonny was the first to fight him, they were just fist fighting, and Sonny was yellilng a lot. I then realized how weird it was for Sonny to be at my house, he's 26, i'm 18 and living w/ my parents lol. RC i did and BAM! LD i'm in! I pull out a wand and point it at the intruder yelling "Stupefy!" lol, magic from harry potter is so fun in dreams, do try, anyways, the guy floats up and then crashes into the ground stunned. A few seconds later he gets up so I try a few more spells on him, "Expelliarmus" doesnt work because there was nothing for me to disarm, i tried "Locomotor Mortis" but i couldn't say it right so it didn't work. I yelled "Diffindo" at one point, but i couldn't remember what it was supposed to do so it did nothing. I did a few of the Stupefy spells nonverbally and also a shield charm, "Protego", nonverbally. In the end, the man faced Sonny, and I took a cheap shot and clocked him in the nose from the side and he was down, Sonny started laughing and wooting, and then i awoke. That was a lot longer than i expected it to have been =P

In fact i had one last night, as i am an experienced lucid dreamer.....
      Dream 1
I remember throwing grenades at a giant primape, which was on a rope bridge. I blew away the whole bridge, and leaped to the next side, and continued climbing my dream tower.

(in most of my dreams, i am always going up, either up stairs, flying, or catching a ride on some DC's. )
      Dream 2
Another great battle dream i had, which was extremely lucid, was when i was about 13.

In my backyard there were alot of traps, and weapons set up, and me and my friends all battled in my backyard, kind of like a halo game.

i remember driving the boat in my backyard across the dirt, throwing fireballs at people.

Usually the weapons i have in dream, are strictly magical, but with real weapon attributes. For example- a grenade, made out of energy, instead of explosives.

      Dream 3
My favorite battle dream i ever had, was a D-day kind of battle. I was on a beach, and there was a giant rock wall far behind the beaches waters. I flew over this water to the wall (where i assumed my team was supposed to take over) and just ravaged everything in my site. i remember everything around me, like a battle scene, seeing people die at every turn.
Just the image of the beach, with the giant rock wall in the water, makes me smile....

      I love dreaming.
