There is actually a similar technique where you drink lots of water but its meant to wake you up in the middle of the night so you can WBTB. I've often thought about doing a reality check everytime I have to go to the bathroom, since it happens alot during the day and is often in my dreams. The problem would be that then I would think about having to go to the bathroom more during the day and then actually have to go alot more, and everytime i RC during the day I would think about it. |
