Two Lucids(one where I was SP in it)

The first Lucid(felt non-lucd): I woke up in my room and did a nose RC and I was dreaming. From then on, I saw some friends and didn't act myself the rest of dream. The parents were very angry with me.But at the end of it, the parents in the dream were happy with me(and were very dirty) and were hanging up these signs. Second Lucid(felt non-lucid and at first thought it was real): While in the dream, I began going through SP and saw this black figure and then closed my eyes. I struggled to get out and then I noticed the door closing so I used all my might to get up and I did get out and then I went to my parents. They comforting me. It was weird and I knew it was SP within my dream.

SP is basically when you body paralyzes itseff so you don't act out on your dreams oh and actually this isn't my first lucid dream I've been doing it for a while
