One time during SP Some times My vision would twich, go out of focus or worse tilt.

I was asleep once and only my left eye did this it tilted and I ended up with double vision but the weird thing is. My left eye vision was straight but my right eye was crooked. I be fully alert too. It's rare. What's going on?
