That's Klingon for "success." Have I nerded myself now?

Anyhoo, I've been at it for 3 weeks and have had interesting results, but last night was the first fully lucid dream I've had. Yesterday, I installed dodobird's "You Are Dreaming" software on my comp. For those of you who don't know, it has watermark-like text that scrolls across the screen periodically saying things like "Do a Reality Check," "Are you dreaming," "You will remember your dreams," and "You will have a lucid dream tonight." There are also flashes of text that are much more subliminal.

So, at the end of an elaborate dream, which I won't go into here, I went into the shed in my backyard. There was a girl sitting there Indian Style. Suddenly the words "You're on my level!!!" appeared in front of me and it was as if she was congratulating me for progress in lucid dreaming. Then the word "Lucid" slowly floated upward and I found myself in my bed floating toward the ceiling. That's when I became lucid. I kept calm and tried to change my environment, but found I only had control over myself. Anyhoo, I did a few floating tricks and went to see my friend who has been keeping a Dream Journal with me. I demonstrated by floating in the air again and I said "Luuuuuuciiiiiid."

It didn't last too long and I can't say it was too terribly vivid, but it was most definitely lucid! So Thank You to everyone here and especially to DODOBIRD! I think the scrolling text in my dream is clear evidence that his program worked!
