At one time I heard AP and posibley SP is witchcraft. (Don't ask me how, its from my religous aunt) But I NEVER try to LD. or go into SP, because i'm always scared to see a dark figure walking towards me in my room when I go into SP. :/

This is what happens to me too. That or it feels like I'm slowly rolling out of my bed. It's very convincing. But, that's how the LD starts. I'll sink through my bed into a foreign land/familiar land, and begin my journey.

I haven't experienced SP yet, but it seems so scary, makes me afraid of doing WILD.

I used to have sleep paralysis fairly frequently but haven't had it as of late...

the one thing I like about sleep paralysis is that it now induces a lucid dream for me 99% of the time, if I see myself in my bed but can't move? Its obvious I'm dreaming and I end up becoming lucid immediately...

this is actually how my first 3-4 lucid dreams all started, from sleep paralysis...
