I see you took your Calea before bed. For me, I have found that to be a poor strategy. It works well for me if I get up after 5-6 hours of sleep and take it then in concert w/ WBTB.

So if you had your LD early in your sleep cycle (1st three hours) I would say the Calea may have helped. If you had your LD late in the cycle (6-8 hours) the Calea probably had no effect - my educated guess.

Where can i get that Celea, i been looking for it in some shops, they don't have it anywere, not even in the teashop. where can i find it. really need to try that stuff. =)

My advice is to do your search and purchase a 10X extract. That's what I have used in the past - quite effectively. As mentioned above though, don't bother taking it at bedtime. Get up after 5-6 hours and take a capsule then. I have good results with that method.

If i buy if from e-bay it will cost me very much because i live in europe?
i don't know about ordering from internet. heard about people apyed but didn't get there stuff, and what should i say to my mother when she finds the letter that the things i ordered is ready to go and get? don't think she will be so happy, not if i order salvia to ;p
