      Long and Vivid Lucid Dream

Okay it looks like a lot, but really it'll only take 2 minutes to read!

I had this dream at about 8:00pm on Thursday after I came home and collapsed on my bed zonked from school and a cold and slept for about four hours. I've forgotten how I realised I was dreaming but I was in the dojo at a sports centre I go to to do Aikedo every Friday. Nobody was in gees though, instead numerous DCs including some friends at school were stood talking and drinking. There was obviously a party of some sort on and I noticed that there was a large table in the middle of the room with a diagram of the human body and brain splayed out on it.

I was perfectly lucid, even so I decided to go around talking to my DCs. I asked one of my mates, "What colour is white" and shook him violently for no apparent reason to see what he said, but he just looked at me as if I was a crazy freak and said nothing. I ended up talking to two other friends about a disease that was going around. Even though it was a lucid dream I seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and we had a decent conversation. After this I remembered to spin but it seemed to just make the dream more unstable. After that I shouted at everyone to watch me because I was going to pick up a table and smash it through a window (such productiveness!) but I could only finda metre ruler. I threw that as if it were a javelin and everyone became excited like it was a competition. My instructress told me to keep aiming for the window frame to shatter the ruler, and I ended up doing this until it broke into pieces on my fourth throw. It was pretty fun actually, but I decided to move on. On my way out I saw a glass of a cola looking drink. I drunk it and it tasted really nice, it was amazingly vivid and pleasurable. Then I looked around me focusing on exact detail of the walls and stuff. I thought it was amazing how accurate and solid things were; I can safely say at this point I was far more aware than I have been in previous LDs. I even thought about my sleeping body, but I forced those thoughts out thinking I would wake up if I did think about myself.

Me and all the DCs went downstairs where the scene became my grandma's living room. Once again there was a diagram of the body on the table and I gave a talk on this "disease" that was going round. All I can remember is that apparently it affected the brain in... I've forgotten what it's called but it's that bit right in the middle where some guy in the past said the soul was housed. I knew exactly what I was talking about at the time somehow. Shame I can't remember now, but I have never been good at memorising dream (or any) conversation. There's a gap now full of some stuff I've forgotten, but it wasn't much.

My memory begins again where I'm still lucid and in the upper floor of my school by the science departments. I remember thinking very logical and vivid thoughts by now, I even asked myself if I'd stay in the dream forever! What had happened in the gap then I guess was a lot after all because I was really surprised with the dream length. I told myself I would meet a guide after the next corner, but that didn't work. I went into one of the chemisty labs where some of my class were and asked one of the girls whether she had seen my guide. She said no, and since it was an LD I took advantage by feeling her up a bit too, but I didn't go into sex because I wanted the dream to last longer.

Finally, I came into a room I've never been into in real life. You know, that one mysterious room where no students know about and the teachers sleep at night (just kidding). It "turned out" to be a very cramped IT room full of people working hard, one of these "workers" if I remember rightly was playing Titan Quest . Basically I walked through shouting, causing havoc and making the most of being able to do whatever the fuck I wanted. I was even considering jumping onto the table to "dance" wildly and kick things about. It was SO vivid I was scared for a bit whether it was real or not, but I shook it off. The fun bit was picking the monitors up and throwing them down on the floor. Okay, I was being lazy. In the dream they were heavy so I couldn't be bothered and just tipped them off the desks instead. Either way they landed with satisfying crashes and smashing of glass and interor bits. None of my DCs were amused . By the time I reached the other side of this room the dream... died . I woke up feeling shit but that's only because I was dehydrated (no wonder the drinks were so nice).

So, altogether a very good lucid dream, dream awareness and clarity have increased so much since my last ones ! I think all the shit about a disease may have been because I had a bad cold, but I didn't feel it in the dream. I hope people have enjoyed me sharing this, or maybe you're just pissed off because it's nothing special. Well for me it's a massive improvement and I wouldn't mind pointers from anyone, thanks !

Impressive lucid. That reminds of alot of mine lately where they lasts so long you begin to get scared, and in the end sometimes i end up trying to wake myself up.

Long lucids are great apart from what i mentioned above of course.

Isn't it crazy how your physical state translates into your dreams!

Congratulations on this dream and on the improvement that you're showing!

      Bravo.. :D !!

Even though that took longer than 2 minutes to read, it was way worth it. I rlee enjoyed it, thanks. And i even laughed at a few parts. "i felt like standing on the desk and doing a dance" and, "i even felt her up a bit", hahah.. funny guy. Aneyway, that must have been incredible. It's been years since iv'e had a lucid dream, im trying to have them atm, But it's not working to well :'(.. and i had no idea that they could be so vivid and detailed. And being able to taste in dreams, Incredible. i was saying to myself whilst reading this, I want one of these and imagined myself making out with this girl. And then i thought. Oh god if LD are so real then i might end up doing this in real life by accident. That would be funny .. , so thanks for that story, really opreashiated it. Happy dreaming mate..

Awesome lucid! I wish mine were that long!

And isn't drinking stuff in dreams awesome? I've never eaten anything, but I've had a few weird ass types of alcohol that were aboslutely delicious, and I had a shirley temple once... like a whole one if I remember correctly... it was awesome.
