Thread: The girl of my dreams

A few months back when i was in a lucid dream after spinning to stabalize the dream i find myself in a clothes store im walking out the door when i see the most beautiful girl i have ever seen in my life instantly i go up to her(she is about 5'5 with dark hair she has one blue eye and one green) and ask her name she says "its sara we have met before" i tell her i dont recall and start asking questions about her life. she had a answer for all my questions i become increasingly amazed how alive and animated she is she tells me of her friends, family, school, and even of her own dreams. I asked her to take a walk with me she took my hand we walked out the store and thrue a nice neighborhood talking the whole time it was a very beautiful and sunny day. I tell her i dont have alot of time left (spending about 20 minutes talking to her) i knew the dream would end soon. She leads me into one of the houses and we have the best sex i have ever had in a dream then awaken shortly after. Now i tell that story because i now see this girl frequently in my lucid dreams (which happends about every other night now) she is always happy to see me and i love seeing her. She is intelligent and beautiful i feel connected to her and maybe even love her. I dont intentionally try to find her it is random ill just be flying or walking and see her standing around or reading a book.
Has anyone els had a recurring lover in the dream world? If so what are they like? i consider myself a logical person but this dream character seems so real and alive it is scary it is hard for me to except she is not real is it possible these meetings are happening on a stral plane and she is a conscious entity?

Austin, I've never had a recurring lover (or dream character) but then I've never really tried to summon a DC from a previous dream either.

guitargod6t9 definitely seems to know what he's talking about in that linked topic. In my personal experience, these dreams are such a damn tease!! I get them about once a year (last one was only a couple months back), and it always makes me daydream about it for the rest of the day afterwords. They do usually change, but when I analyze it the influences are very appearant; to the point where there wasn't a single trait I haven't seen in real life. Unfortunately, I'd imagine some of these traits fade away over time in a real relationship. =/

heya, i had to reply to this, i was just checking to see if anyone else had a recurring dc lover.
Mine first came to be when i was 14,(im 18 now), he referred to himself as joey and had a split personality and was extremely spontanious. (literally, he'll suddenly appear infront of me). The last time i dreamt about him was about a week ago. Only recently ive noticed a HUGE likeness to him in somebody i briefly dated.
The guy was called Joey aswell, (it gets weirder) he was a manically depressed schizophrenic, like the dc this guy was extremely spontaneous (he would call me at 4 in the morning), he was a musician like dc joey and even looked like him. I loved him like i loved dc joey, though i had never met this guy untill i was 16/17. We were extremely wrapped up in each other. But he would often go into periods of deep depression and i wouldnt hear from him, so when he would speak to me i would cry to myself thinking "love shouldnt make you cry". Anyway we eventually faded away from each other, during this time i dont think the dc joey turned up, but about 4 months after he started coming back to me.
i had to tell you about this because maybe this girl is out there somewhere and you dont realise its this person. I feel like i didnt use this time i had with him to the full potential, so maybe youll get your chance. And when you do.... USE ITxx

Try to figure out what it is about her you are so attracted to. Then, try to look for those same characteristics in people in your waking world. Hopefully you will realize that the same characteristics you love about this dream girl are present in many people. You just have to look hard (really hard) sometimes.

You are lucky to already have a head start on most people when it comes to finding your soul mate. You know what to look for and what it feels like to have that connection to someone.

That reminds me of Mona Lisa. People think that Mona Lisa was a female version of Leonardo Da Vinci himself. So if your dream girl is completely in your mind, maybe it reflects all of your traits, in a female form? Just a thought.

Ya I've sorta felt that way about a non lucid I also have a friend that's a girl(I'm a guy) that I net in a lucid and I've visitted her in two lucids but she has a boyfriend but they do fight a lot D: I once teleported to her apartment and I just see her in a huge arguement with her boyfriend se says high to me in a sad voice and continues arguing.
