Thread: First SP!

So I had my first SP, in the first night when I really put an effort into it. So first I woke up, heard my dumb cat yelling, let him out and then I went to the couch to try and WILD, because it's harder to fall alseep. I might have been up to long because since my sp I haven't had any sleep. Anyway I lay down and going all, ''I'm gonna have a lucid dream x10 yadayada, and like omg was that the falling feeling???'' after half an hour or so I gave up. So I went out of the couch feeling drowzy, went to bed and laid down. First I gave it another shot, not so controlled, no results. I laid there for 5 minutes or so, then I turned around and just gave up, tried to sleep. I laid still for a while and all out of a sudden BAM I feel my body is hard as a rock, and I get this falling sensations, accompanied by high pitch sounds (think nails to blackboard). I thought it felt like a bad trip or something (not that I've had one). I had 4 falling sensations with bad noise, my arm felt really heavy on my stomach. Of course the second I realize I felt into SP, my dumb mind started thinking about creepey stuff, like dead jesus ruling zombies, possesed bishops surrounded by walking dead and satanic stuff (no I'm not religious, just creeped out by that kind of stuff). After this I regained controlled and not long after that I'm up here writing. I don't think I saw any HI, because I figured if I saw HI I would know it. Just as I now can say one will know when thou has these sensations. So HI is prettey obvious when you see it yes?

For me, HI is like actually seeing it with your own real eyes. I was trying to WILD once and there was a giant PSP up on my bedroom wall showing a news program. I actually wondered if my eyes were really open, it was so real.

Other times, the black and whiteness behind my eyelids just forms into shapes, but it's still like I'm actually looking at them with my real eyes.
