Thread: One of the greatest lucid dreams I ever had...

It begins with my dad and I riding in railroad carts on a set of rails going down a mountainside. As we're going, I see that a big chunk of the railroad is missing. I yell out to my dad in front of me to stop himself, but he can't hear me. We're both flying full speed down this railroad towards the hole, and right as we both fly off into the hole in the track and plummet to the ground, the pause logo appeared in my thoughts, and after a second of focus, time stopped.

We were both suspended in the air, and I was simply amazed. I knew then that I was dreaming, but that wasn't going to stop me from getting my dad out of the other cart to safety, even if it wasn't really my dad. I flew down and scooped him up from the cart, and as I fly away, time continues on.

My dad asks "how are you doing this", to which I reply, "By doing it."

I remember slowly waking up from that, still hearing the sound of the carts crashing down the mountainside, even though I could see my bedroom wall.
