Serious hallucination, or different realm?

This is a question I've been wanting to ask for years but I kept it in and shut my mouth. Anyways I was having a LD a couple years back and I got tired of the dreams, flying's great up to the 100th so time. But I tried to do something a little different, instead of exploring the dream, how about using my skills to explore the real world as a ghost! Cool right... Wrong. What happened was I got my self to a state of were i could just feal my body... no dream. I suggest with all my heart to not do this because the after affects cause my LD to be screwed up. Anyways I then pushed essentialy my "mind" to the limit and tried to escape my body. It took a little timme and alot of effort by after a small enternity Wahla! I was free! This is where it get's a little freaky, Everything went BLACK, pitch black. I felt a spinning sensation a got ripped from my body. Then got this alfull feeling that I was the only one there and no one could help me, I couldn't wake up! So I got currious and stayed around... BAD idea. It felt like I was stading at hell's gate... Then sudenly a spot light hit's a few feet from me in the darkness. Belive it or not I heared a monkey clapping a cymbol... Then "It" came. Years of reaserching and trying to remember can only give this. It came upside down staring at me, it was the scariest thing I have ever saw, I probley would of shit my self if I could feel myself... Anyways my description is lizard like, human body, Magots all around him, Skull shaped head, red eyes. A demon? Devil? This thing scared me so much I was yelling in my... realm, then suddenly I could almost feel me so I stumbled and finaly feeling a vibration from a vocal cord, I pushed my mind down, and around any source that would help me and eventually spiraled into the world again, it was a weired falling sensation. And I was back. The after effects were terrible my mind was ringing with my screams, adrenaline flowing... but one thing, I couldn't move, for minuets all I could do was scream as loud as I could in my skull having images of him flashing through my head. Evenually i yelled and fell off my bed, I could move but everthing was numb. Since then I havn't been able to have LD, every time I try, my dream becomes demoinic and I go spiraling up out of my body, into the "realm", Everytime I go it gets easeir to do and i'm forced to stay longer, and different experinces happen each time i've had Smell, Touch, Taste, Sound, And sight, and sometimes a mixture, the experince's last mere seconds but have hours in efect. Like persay 5 sec= 9 hours+. I wake up with the same sensation and it's harder to find my way back. All i'm afraid is about that i'll never come back. So it's been happening every few days know from month's and I'm having terrible insomnia. By christmas it should be happening almost everyday. I'm on experince #15 or 16 So If someone can offer any advice that would be wonderfull. AND DO NOT TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It could just be a recurring nightmare. It's quite unlikely that you are having an OBE each time, with some malevolent entity wishing harm upon you. To stop it, you have to face it and show it who's boss. You should call for help from others, but really attempt to destry it yourself unless whoever you called really says you shouldn't.

Why think of your experience as either a servere hallucination or another realm? Obviously it was a Dream and you are underestimating the reality and freakyness dreams can take on. Afterall what is a Dream but a serious, long, immersive hallucination? Also Dreams might be called other realms. Hallucinations, Other Worlds and Dreams are to me simply 3 words to describe the same phenomenon. I've had dreams far sicker than that and a friend of mine who is slightly psychotic with anxiety disorders didn't DARE sleep, because from his birth to his 15th year his dreams were too evil and scary to be willing to even go asleep for him.

It blows my mind how people start believing all sorts of nonsense because they have a scary dream or more. Jumping to the supernatural when you have a perfectly fine SENSIBLE conclusion is ridiculous. Nigthmares are nightmares.

Just kick the nightmare, it shouldn't be hard once your completly sure its a nightmare <.< Anyway, if it were to give to everyone the same effect, I would surely try it, considering I like nightmares.
