3 dreams of having lucid dreams

hello everyone, haveen't been in a long ago timo

wel anyone, just wanted to tell that I have 3 not lucid dreams but dreams of having a lucid dream

the latter two I have forgotten because I was gonna post but was too lazy but there is one I have kept in my mind:
basically i woke up unable to move and heard and could partially see my parents running through the hallway crazily, eventually i was able to get up and went to my parents room, I asked i believe if this was a lucid dream and my dad told me to do a reality check, i did a Nose Check and all of a sudden dad got me a headlock I couldn't get out of and i woke up

for some reason I've been getting dreams of lucid dreams instead of lucid dreams

could this be a possible side affect of my fear yet desire to have a lucid dream?

Stop trying to achieve lucidity, it's already there. You don't even have to see it, you are it.

So how to see that you are? Realise that clouds are covering your vision because you're holding onto them.

Sounds like a pile of shit right?

If you insist on sleeping whilst you dream, then start being aware in waking life instead.
Lucidity is literally awareness. Be aware of what is, and don't project what isn't. ie. future desires, ambitions, memories. Just let what comes to you, come to you. Over a short period of effort in doing this to break the habit of adding and subtracting subconsciously from your environment, you will create an expectancy of awareness which carries over into dream.

      How straight forward.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
