      Acceptance and Flying

I've been having some interesting experiences in my life that seem to relate to my lucid dream flying. I've been thinking about acceptance a lot after reading a Siddhartha and a Fire in the Heart (great books). Normally my lucid flying has been contained witin a very large room. A large warehouse size red carpeted room with large glass windows where light flooded through. I couldn't break out of the box. I tried slipping through it like a ghost but no luck. It was fun since it was relatively large but I couldn't break out. During that week I thought about acceptance of the world around me a lot. Just giving up on changing things but becoming happy with what/or the people around me. I had a lucid that week where I was in my room. I decided to go flying and my room stretched to the size of the world I and flew to the very top and hit the wall, yet I couldn't get out again. It was a high and wide as the world but at the top I couldn't get out. I developed a correlation between my acceptance and my flying area. This week I decided to accept everything, the universe and it all and I had an amazing lucid this week where I was out on my street at night and became lucid. It was my most vivid lucid yet. I view the world with waking eyes. I looked up and flew striaght up into the sky, stretching my arms. I flew straight up towards the star filled sky and melted into it. I woke up really amazed.

Wow! That is a profound thing! Acceptance is the key to so much in life. You can never truly be free until you accept yourself for who you are! I learned that ten years ago and it drastically changed my life.

I am so much happier and have such a sense of freedom! It is truly wonderful.

Congratulations on the beginning of your new life!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
