great progress. having lucids every night

Since last week I've had lucids every single night. I've really started getting them pretty consistently. I've done some interesting flying and thought and experiments etc. Next time I'm lucid I'm going to shout high level lucidity over and over again until I can see things with truly waking world eyes. I want a higher level of lucidity than I feel now. but still great progres..

Hey I've also been lding nearly every night for the past few weeks and almost all of them occur when I sleep in till around 10am. I don't have classes till 2 this quarter! Woo hoo! Definitely keep experimenting with different things that people have suggested on here...some of them really do work. I've tried verbal commands and those usually work...for me the rubbing the hands together doesn't work much. But since I've been lding so much its hard to remember them all so alot are forgotten. Too bad. Oh well...keep experimenting!!!

      You lucky guys!
Ive had some weeks where i have alot of LD, many days in a row to. And i think that im on the track. But then they stop.
Do you think its because your in a special kind of periode? Something that you maybe can hold onto and remember, so that if they stop you can go back to that "thing"(feeling, a happening, an object that made you lucid...)
Another thing i would do as fast as i could is to try to program you subconsciousness while your there. Make mental programs, shout commands, like "I will have minimum one lucid dreams each night" or "Whenever i relax and say sim-sala-bim i will get lucid at once". Just anything that can make a interstate into the lucid state

I would also like to know what technique(s) you use, or do you just get them spontaneously? I only get this kind of succes when I'm extremely motivated and doing WBTB every night like a madman, but after a while I get tired and the LD-amount drops.

I haven't put to much effort into it really. Ever since I started reading EWLD though I have been having them nightly and now I don't even need to read it. Last night I woke up around 4 and did some mild and had another lucid and finally got to shout my verbal commands. I started shouting high level lucidity but not as much luck as I'd expect. I'm still gonna keep trying though

I've noticed that they usually happen when I am trying the least. I just lay down to take a nap and before I know it I'm jumping from one lucid to the next. And just recently I've been getting lucid in the early morning hours before waking, but only when I sleep late. Although I guess I spoke too soon b/c I haven't had a ld in a couple days...boo. Maybe I'll go take a nap.
