      so was this lucid?

      i dreamed i killed my dad, and I was covering my tracks. My sister was there and she was worried, but i told her "Dont worry, we are dreaming, or at least I am". That was followed by me thinking "But everything feels so real" as i could feel the sheets i was touching. But I go along the dream afterward. Then i woke up on another dream where I was telling my mom about the dream before, the one i killed my dad. After telling her that dream became the continuation of the one before.
      I seem to have this "dreams of lucid dreaming" where i say in the dream "I'm dreaming" or such but don't really seem conscious of the fact that I'm actually dreaming and I can do anything I want.

      I think it's only a "real" lucid dream when you have absolutely no doubt at all that you are in a dream, whereas you seemed to second guess yourself by feeling the sheets and questioning reality. If you became fully lucid you would not just go with the flow of the storyline of that dream (unless of course you chose to), as you did.
