So I had so many dreams that morning that i forgot most of it lol because i was too tired to right it down when i woke up but my mind was really clear and all so the second i said to myself it was a dream i got too excited and woke up, is that a bad start? |

I kinda gave up after 1 or 2 months because i never had a lucid but after not trying that much and my friend told me he had a lucid yesterday so i started getting back into, stilll not trying too hard. I just had a lucid well i woke up before and then i went back to sleep and afte ri slept i had a lucid haha |

If Lucid Dreaming interests you then persist. A lot of people try and go straight for attaining lucidity, but I think it's important to improve your dream recall first. The more familiar you get with the state of dreaming the easier it is to attain lucidity. |
