Think I had my first LD xperience.

      Hello dreamers.

I've been trying to have a lucid dreams for a while, no success though, until last night. I've been using the "look at the hand technique" that I read somewhere; looking at your hand and ask your self: is this a dream/am I dreaming?

Been doing this for a couple of weeks. So, the dream:

I remember that I was looking at my hand and asked myself if I'm dreaming, and I looked up. Then I saw a person stadning next to me, he pushed me so fell down. I cant really recall that i was falling, or hitting tyhe ground, but I woke up lying on the ground, I felt a pulsating noise, quite fast pulsating, I felt the texture on the ground, it was a cobbled street. It felt extreamly real, i felt the athmospheare. So I said to myself, wow, this is it, I'm having a LD.

I stood up, the man who pushed me was still there, didnt take much of a notice. First thought that came up, was I must try to fly, and it worked, only a couple of foots though, it felt almost like diving, couldnt really control myself, but it felt very very real. So I started to drift away. I was standing at a bridge, over water, so I thought why not explore the ocean beneath ths bridge. And when I was on my way down to the sea everything started to get dark and I felt like i was loosing it, and that was what happend, and I slowly woked up, with a big smile on my face and felt a little euphoric .

Just wanted to share this experience and I'm looking forward to more LD dreams!

Sounds interesting, I too felt slightly euphoric in a brand new way. I just couldn't stop smiling
      Composure is key.
