      Any tips?

For some reason i dont have lucid DREAMS, i have lucid NIGHTMARES. Its like when i have a dream, its completely normal, i cant control anything. On the other hand, when i have nightmares i can wake myself up. I tend to run to some type of water place, such as a fountain, and splash water on my face. Then *WALLAH* im awake. It gets me mad! haha, do you guys know any tips/ideas that would help me to lucid dream more often and more positively?
      thanks<3

If you keep going to the a same place then thats a sign that ur dreaming dont wake up but instead talk to the thing thats scares you and tell it to sop and leave you alone, also do reality checks
Hahaha I just had a lucid dream last night!

Try doing a RC and turn lucid within the nightmare, then find out what's the cause

You're lucid while the nightmares are occuring, right? Well, the next time you see something scary in a dream, visualize a door appearing in a wall in front of you.
      Open the door,
      go through it,
      shut it,
pull a key out of your pocket,
      lock the door,
get rid of the key however you want.

As long as you accept that whatever was previously haunting you is behind that door (and never coming out) it shouldn't bother you anymore

Interesting idea, was gonna recommend he just faces his fear, but, this idea might be better if he doesn't wanna do that

try to form a spear in your hand and imbue it with the power to delete anything evil from your dream, and believe it will work, that's what i do.

oh yeah don't forget to throw it at whatever is chasing you.
