      Question What was this???

I woke up at 5:45 to try a WILD and I apparently fell asleep on acident... I woke back up maybe 10-15 mins later but as soon as I woke I realized I was in SP... I tried to move some and I could feel that it was my dream body moving. before, when I tried to WILD and felt my dream body like this, it would just be a hand or finger or somehting. this time i could tell it was my whole body so i lifted my head up and i could hear my real body breathing below me, so I figured, ah, cool i finnaly got a WILD, i should try and roll out of bed! i rolled outta bed and stood up. i was in my room (almost pitch black like always) and tried to walk to the door but got that classic feet in the sand dream feeling like i couldnt move. i KNEW i was dreaming but i couldnt break the stuckness no matter what i did. i tried so hard... and just woke up laying in bed in the same position that i was sleeping in in the dream.

I dunno if this was an OBE... a false lucid(like i dreamed that i had a WILD.) or an actuall WILD but i need to stabilize before i moved my dream body too much or something?

hope this all makes sense folks, thanks.

well, the thing is, I never thought I was in real life, right when i went into the dream i knew it. it just happened to be that it started laying my bed ( i thought thats how WILDS worked?) but since i fell asleep at first, i dont know if i actually WILDed or if i had a dream that i WILDed, you know what i mean?

I don't think WILDs start out in your bed...I've WILD'ed before and I would end up in normal dream places.

And I know what you mean, I've had a dream within a dream that I thought I was Lucid...I hate that!

Actually, all of my WILDs have started off with me lying in my bed...and even one of my DILDs, I think.

It was a WILD, congrats WILDs can start out like that, or in other places. My WILDs have tended to either be a brand new environment altogether, or me randomly standing somewhere else in the room. The Twin Bodies Technique is more along the lines of pulling your dream body from your 'real' body to walk out of your bed, sounds like you did it successfully

Certainly stabilizing your lucidity will do WONDERS whenever you get into these situations. Especially telling yourself "This is a dream, that means there IS no floor and I HAVE no legs so I am not having trouble walking!" always helps me out.
