      Is this REALLY a lucid?

      ok, so not that long ago i had a lucid (i think). i was sitting in my living room and just realized i was dreaming. but the questionable part is that, instead of exploring this lucid world, i seemed like i was programmed to complete my lucid goals. i would do one without thinkng, then move onto the next, and it all seemed very involentary. at some points it semed like i was actually trying not to do something, and the dream body still did it. so is this a lucid, or maybe just really near a lucid, but still no control?

      Also, if you were aware of it being a dream, then it was a lucid, control doesn't comes with lucidity, but it would be great as an extra.
