is there a name for it?
ok so how bout those phases we experience like uhh
sometimes ive realized i was dreaming and suddenly everything fades and i feel my body falling into some kind of numb, weightless, tingly sensation and it feels so got damn intense its hard to describe.
i'm sure its part of WILD but i thought that was a technique. is there a name for this sort of sleep phase we experience every night but not so often are aware when it happens?

well when i think of sleep paralysis, i think of being paralyzed in bed which i have experienced but i'm wondering then whats the process of sleep paralysis called? or maybe it's just called the process of SP
