First LD?

First, before I tell you about my dream I have to tell you why I am unsure about whether or not I was REALLY lucid. Many times when I am dreaming, I will randomly do a reality check, and it will pass (saying that I am dreaming). The problem is that I wouldn't recognize this so I wouldn't actually be lucid. Anyway, back to my dream. Here is an excerpt from my OneNote dream journal. Sorry about the grammar, its atrocious. "Anyway , the dream was me in my bedroom. I opened my window. A huge jungle leaf came inside. Hmm…RC anyone? I RC was a success (I was dreaming) and I couldn't help but shouting finally a LD. At this point the dream began to destabilize from my intense emotion. I frantically started spinning around and closing my eyes (did this even help?) to try to destabilize. It worked I guess. Next, I walked out into my living room (my dream has so far occurred in a shadow copy of my house) and I looked in the mirror. I thought, "Being me is boring". So I started to take on some of the physical traits of people I know (lame, I know, but it was cool in the dream haze) I changed my characteristics by shouting commands. After about 4 or 5, my MIND actually said to me some thing like this, "Work, Work, Work do I ever get a please around here?" From there on out I couldn't shape shift anymore. Then, to make matters worse, my mom came in, she's always getting upset at me for something in my dreams and she made me lose lucidity when I argued with her. But whatever, the rest of the dream was cool too. -----------------------------END LUCID"----------------------------------- The dream didn't end here but I really just wanted to share this and want to know if I was really lucid.
