Thread: Whats the most fun thing you have ever done in a lucid dream?

Havn't had much experience lately (I have been taking a break from lucid dreaming)
I got into it over winter break when school was out.
Now im back in school and forgot all about dreaming until now.
But I flew. For a few seconds i was flying..

Personally, I enjoy manipulating water. I have spent a lot of time morphing water into objects. I have even turned it into an RC everytime I go to the sink to wash my hands, swim, and shower. It's certainly my favorite thing to do while Lucid. Yes, it May sound boring but you would be suprised!

lol Reality your post is interesting. I think that it doesnt sound boring at all, water is quite an amazing element

Yes, water is an amazing COMPOUND.

I travel through a vortex and saw a giant eye at the end of it, while very soothing music played in the background; it felt as if 1000 songs were put together that played in perfect harmony.

That was one of the most interesting and funnest thing I done while LDing!

One of my favorite things to do in a lucid dream is go swimming underwater because you don't need to come up for air. Obviously lucid sex is a lot of fun. Flying is a lot of fun too, but sometimes my flying attempts are unsuccessful.

I think one of my favorite activities though is to use lucid dreaming for genuine insight. I believe the ability to have lucid dreams is worth learning solely for the enjoyment of it, but why not try to get even more out of it when possible? For example: I try to remember to look for artwork or something inspiring in my dreams and then I attempt to wake myself up and recreate it. I've also heard some beautiful music in my dreams. Unfortunately I have yet to learn how to play a musical instrument or have any way of recreating what I hear. I also play a lot of chess in real life and I've used dreams to gain insight into how to be a better player.

The only thing that sucks is sometimes after gaining some insight I need to wake myself up when I could otherwise continue lucid dreaming in order to make note of what I gained from the dream; otherwise I risk forgetting what I learned all together.

That sounds amazing. As a hobby animator, I always enjoyed messing with fluid sims. I'll have to try this sometime.

Most of my lucid dreams consist of me talking to people. Usually they are describing some object that is the center point of the dream. Kinda like teaching me. Sometimes we are in front of a chalkboard and we'll draw diagrams of the objects. Work out complex math problems or whatnot. Rather boring, I guess you could say.

Math is cool. I've taken some courses in my dreams, had some exposure to some beautiful complex curvey geometry ... like minimal surfaces. Wow.

Are you familiar with the story of Ramannujan? He was an Indian math genius who claimed reproduced, from his dreams, some very advanced new math now used as part of framework for String Theory. Funny. He didn't get it all, the system is incomplete. But it is consistent ... i.e, it's real math. i can't say nothing because i never got a lucid that lasted more than 5 seconds

I'm a Dragon Ball fan so in my LDs mass destruction and shooting energy from hands is common (naturally only form of transportation is flying). manipulating weather is cool, or summoning some beast. In one of the LD's I felted like riding a sports bike, so i flew to some pile of junk streched out my hands and just thought about one thing - Create a Bike - and then all the junk starts to morphing/selfassembling into the coolest bike ever ...fun with bike didnt last long but the thing with creating it was mad cool. One of the coolest LD's that i had was when i was fighting with a huge tiger next to the lake (where a minute before a fight I was controling the water in the lake, yes water is fun). the fight was pure, no wepons no nothing, just man vs wild (I only started the fight because i said to my self- hey it's your dream u cant get hurt lol)

I like using magic(k) in dreams. One dream I was expeirmenting with erasing parts of things and joining parts of things in the dream(I do art in my everyday life) just by looking at them and sticking ym hand in front of them, then i imagine that the part covered by my hand is not there, or is there. When I move my hand it is there or not there depending on what I did.

I flew with the Cosmic Surfer, riding on a Dolphin, as he took a day out of time.

I hung out with the kids, when "they found the Dao".

I stopped an inbound nuclear warhead, hanging out with DogBoy.

I drafted a memo on legal aspects of the Great Convergence, with a sexy colleague at work.

My favorite thing to do is explore my environment. I find the craziest things, such as alien cities, underwater ruins, or impossible rock formations. I love all the surprises I come across.

I turned into a dragon AND flew INSTA WIN

One of the best things hands down is either flying, or doing parkour in a big city with skyscrapers . Do it and youll see what im talkin bout.

I once had an epic battle with a maniacal madman so I could escape from his dinosaur covered island. I won of course.
