      ahh my first lucid:)and my second and third!

      Lol quite funny actually well in my eyes it was.
      My boyfriend was over his friends house and he was staying up very late and i wanted him to call me at 3 telling me to wild ( this is in real life btw)
      and i got lucid before that and i answered my mobile and i said mmmmm uhh ..hello? (me half asleep) and i said "i think you got me lucid..." it didn't click that i got lucid for the very first time so i was quite neutral about it .
      Well this is what happened in my lucid dream

      I was asleep and it was early in the morning i was looking down at my self quite close to my face but this was just the view.
      Anyways a couple of seconds after seeing my self sleeping my boyfriend slammed my door open yelling "ANALISE!!!!!!! WAKE UP RIGHT NOW YOUR DREAMING YOUR DREAMING!!!"
      i sat up really quick and had no idea what was going on i looked at him
      he started to scream again but this time it was slightly different he screamed
      "YOU ARE DREAMING GET LUCID GET LUCID NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET UP"
      i got out of bed without no worries out all and ran around my room in circles which was quite big the walls were a dark glossy coated brown and so were the floor board but it wasn't like that when i was looking down at me sleeping.
      Then my dream ended lol



      2nd LUCID
      It was just a a very dark room hardly couldn't see the furniture i was adjusting the lights making ti go darker to lighter but i was making it so bright that i couldn't see the furniture.I knew i was dreaming too.


      3rd lucid
      i was standing in a group at the bottom of our school in the middle of a path way.
      We were all wearing our pjs and i said "wow u went to sleep with that on knowing you'll dream with you in it?" to my friend bec.i knew i was dreaming but i just wanted to chat with people haha i guess it didn't click that i wanted to do other stuff like make landscapes... haha god I'm stupid.
      she was wearing some type of two slips? if that makes any sense it was really weird and i was wearing my pj pants and a singlet top.
      we just chatted about what we were wearing and the dream ended pretty quick and i woke up.


      I went absolutely ballistic haha when i realized i got lucid for the 1st time i thanked my boyfriend a BAZILLION times hahah he had no idea why i was saying thankyou at first lol then i told him.


      ahh gota love dreaming
      im bored with my reality

      i had another one too!
      best one ever so far lol.
      well i was at my school bottom quad and everything was so perfectly real.
      i go woah everythings so real something is wrong.
      Im dreaming.
      and i got really excited and kate my friend kept telling me to wake up but i didnt
      and i wanted to fly so i started to float and i had to concentrate heaps and i did that for ages and i got bored and asked a girl if she could fly and she did with alot of concentration too.
      i thought what do i do now and ive always wanted to grow my own landscape.
      i looked around for some ideas then gave up and decided to grow a tree.
      i stared at the concrete and put my hand out like i had super powers .
      i tried my best and put everything that i had to it. nothing happened and i thought why isnt it working so i went to the bench and jumped off to fly to see if i was still dreaming.
      BAM
      face first into the concrete then i thought oh i mustn't be dreaming no more.
      Hahahha
      im bored with my reality

      what i noticed from trying to lucid dream myself to get rid of nightmares,it is my opinion that about 1 out of 100 people can lucid dream and really control their dream. i cant even get lucid,all i have are horrible nightmares and i always wake up sweating. you are lucky that you can at least know that you are in a dream,that is the first step. i never know that i am in a dream,i always think that my nightmares are real.

      Epic. It's annoying how stupid one gets when not fully lucid. I remember one dream where I went "I'm dreaming! So this is a lucid dream then.." lots of things were happening around me, very distracting - "Hmmh, I better get back into the dream, how else am I supposed to get lucid?". Off I went and before I knew it I was once again running from zombies.

      You need to make special training for this. You need to put all your focus and intent on making it clear that "I can't be hurt in my dreams - They are only dreams and I don't have to play along if I don't want to".
