Thanks for the tip but sometimes I try yelling that phrase in my dream or something along those lines but it's like my brain already knows im doubting myself inside lol.But I will try something different tonight, wish me luck .

Perhaps you have deep-rooted doubt that more is possible. So, maybe try little things first. Take small steps. Climb up on something high and jump off a few times. If you're gliding, which is not at all realistic, then why not fly?
