i think a good way to help this is to actually go running in real life. I dont know if you jog or not, but in my case i do run sometimes, but not everyday. So my mind is more used to walking than running since i walk to get around, but i dont run. If i ran more often, then maybe my mind would be more used to running and it would happen more naturally in my dreams. I have the same problem sometimes in my dreams, even though most are non-lucid |
