      semi-successful lucid dream

This morning I had a dream where I became lucid, and lost lucidity a few times. There were lots of crazy events in this dream but the most interesting was the water. I was with a bunch of my friends, near a river. It was winter but the water wasn't frozen (and it never occured to me that the water should be cold). There was a bridge about 4 feet wide with no hand rails crossing the river. A bunch of my friends jumped in the river and told me to come in. I refused to go in, so they all climbed up onto the bridge. They told me if I didn't jump in they were going to throw me in. At this point I decided that I had no choice but to swim with them, but for some reason I charged across the bridge and attempted to push them all in the water to try and make it across the bridge. I ended up losing my balance about half way across the bridge and jumped in. As I was falling into the water, I remember thinking "I"m dreaming, so I can breathe underwater" and as I realized it, I got excited, and woke up right as I was hitting the water. I realized I had waken up (or perhaps it was a false awakening) so I closed my eyes and willed myself back to the dream I had been in (something I've never done before). As soon as I was back in the dream, I found my self underwater with my eyes closed, experiencing something like hypnagogic imagery, but I understood it to be water currents. I was breathing water, and could feel it going through my lungs and nose, and it felt surprisingly good. I could hear the water "bubbling" in my nose, and it sounded EXACTLY like a person toking on a bong (haha). I don't remember exactly where the dream went from there, but the last thing that happened before I woke up was interesting and I wish it had continued. I was at my friend reid's house and I had just dropped some acid, and it was getting pretty intense. (more then waking life trips) I told him I had to get out of the house, and he said something about I couldn't go outside because there was an absolutely insane electrical storm coming. I woke up at this moment, but I wish I could have seen the storm, I'm going to try and go back to that situation tomorrow morning.
If you don't like my fire, then don't come around.

it feels great doesnt it? I absolutely love that feeling. i bet you felt more alive, more energized after eh?

that storm would have been some show. I rarely experience weather anomalies but when i do, they are something truly spectacular. even a simple rain storm was an amazing feeling. feeling droplets of water. right now im trying to get tornadoes to happen. try controling the weather next time. or wish for it like "i wish there was a storm". it might work

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
