Hey, I don't know if this thread is in the right spot, but i'm gonna post it here anyway.

Okay.
Well pretty much I have only had about 10-12 LD's in the past 5 or 6 months.
Recently I have been trying the WILD method.

I go to bed late at about 1-2am so i'm fairly tired when I try to induce a WILD.
So pretty much, I go to bed, get comfortable and clear my mind then I lie on my back for a while.
I can feel a sensation in my hands like my finger tips have been inflated like a balloon and my hand starts to twitch.
The sensation is stronger in my right hand.

Suddenly I start hearing like a song, but once I pick up that i'm actually hearing this song it goes away.
Eventually, it gets very uncomfortable and I just decide to go to bed like I usually do on my side.

What i'm asking is am I doing anything wrong?
And is that sensation SP?

If you could help me a bit that would be awesome.
