Thread: First Lucid...

Well last night I had my first lucid but it was like 2 seconds if that... I became Lucid when In my dream I was at school and realized I had already finished school and done a reality check... but like 2 seconds after everything went black and I woke up felt well sad and frustrated, how do I make them last longer???

anyway It was your first dream... its normal for them to last that long at start but once you get used to them and have them on regular basis they will get longer and longer... If you think the dream is slipping away try rubbing your hands together really fast or so I've heard on here... spinning around in circles helps a lot good luck

well, you should really consider yourself lucky, if the dream just fades away then you are a good candidate for DEILD. I'm one of the unfortunates who stay stable while lucid but then get swept back up in the dream until it normally ends.
