Yeah, I've had this too. Although the elevator senstation can be going into the different states of sleep, I also know it can be about going deeper into your subconscience. This also makes sence because you felt like you would loose yourself if you went any deeper, there is a point where your conscience self can't go anymore. I hope this helped! |

wow...yes that does help thankyou. your very right in saying that the elevator sensation is like different states of sleep because that is how it felt. Also the part about going deeper into the subconscience that makes alot of sense. I did feel 4 a part there that it was like I could have unlocked some kind of savant like abillity....real strange. |

That's cool that you said that about going into your subconscious and unlocking some type of ability. I have always wondered about the possibilities of doing an action in a dream and try to really analyze the physics of it and the processes in your "dream brain" then maybe it's possible to bring some idea of it into the real world. If you don't mind me asking, what type of ability do you have in mind when you talk about that? |

Why does the eye see more clearly in dreams than the imagination when awake?
maybe it was http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnagogia |

Sorry about the late reply...Im not sure of the feeling that led me to believe that I could unlock some kind of ability... It was real wierd... I guess I could liken it to how a blind person can tell when hes walking in the Sun. |

I have experienced conscious dreamless sleep before. My experience has been that dreamtime/formlessness/dreamless sleep is a timeless state with no beginning or end. I also experience it as a vast period of time space reality if that makes any sense. I percieve the element of time to be synonymous with infinite space. It is very weird but very cool. |

Thought plus emotion creates attitude. Attitude plus action creates experience and experience determines reality
