FIRST DILD. (not first lucid) (weird WILD experience too)

I have had a couple of lucid dreams about this, but usually WILDS. Actually, just 2 WILDs.

Then one time I was taking a nap and kept waking up. At one point I said to myself, why didn't I do a reality check? That was a dream wasn't it?
I decided it wasn't to late, so i plug my nose and realized i'm dreaming !
      I was so excited.
I won't go farther explaining, but after a couple of minutes of making out with this random girl, I woke up.

I didn't recognize a dream sign or anything.
I don't know why I told myself I was dreaming.
      (:
      I feel SO proud !

      Also, a few nights after,
      I had a WILD.
I kept going into sleep paralasys and ending up in my room.
I got up and tried to imagine my friend when I opened the door.
I failed.. and my computer tech teacher was just standing there.

Once again, I woke up and went into sleep paralasys.
Once I was in my dream, I tried to get up from my bed, but could only lift my head and the rest of me was stuck. I was super heavy. I could only see with one eye, then eventually I gave up and put my head down, and went into sleep paralasys again.
This happened about 3 or 4 times.
      What did I do wrong?
      hey there.

If you find yourself stuck in your body during a WILD, try to imagine a new body for yourself doing something familiar. Chances are, you are already dreaming. Just picture yourself doing a familiar activity that involves a lot of bodily sensations. You want to draw your attention away from your real body in bed, and into a new one in a dream.

I'm not good at control what so ever, so I don't really know how to do that. It's hard. And I try not to blink or close my eyes during a lucid dream, because when I open them, I open them in real life. But I close my eyes so I can concentrate on doing something cool I don't know.
      hey there.
