its been less than a week and i already had my first LD...apparetly i was lucid from the beginning, i was in a dark living room aware that the imagry i was seeing was a dream but i was still scared. the living room was dark and i saw alot of silohettes moving in fast forward, upstairs, back down, azooming around in front of me, etc.

I felt myself getting scared so i tried to remain calm and find a focus point at which to stare at, i stared at the staircase ahead of me and made sense of my thoughts. I'm dreaming but im still scared, im not sure, everything looked scary. I tried to make a tv appear in front of me but it didnt work, i think i was distracted by the creepy atmosphere of my dream. I noticed a blue chair and i tried to once again make a tv appear, but i couldnt do it.

I did however feel myself laying in bed and i could feel the indentation between my legs where my cat was also laying, so im positive im lucid. Also, i could feel my eyelids moving, is that wierd? i was scared and my dream faded. I did my rc's and recorded it. i was shaking for almost 15 minutes after i woke up.

had i not been lucid this may have been the scariest nightmare i've ever had. everything was so creepy and was moving in fast forward while i watched. but i kept my composure and i didnt freak out

notes about the dream enviorment:

* there was almost no detail, everything was shadowed and dark, i couldnt make out much other than silohettes and a living room. the siloettes in my dream appeared to overlap. everything overlapped now that i think about it again.

At one point i saw a blue chair

i wasnt in my own living room, what i could see looked more like a country home.

im really upset that my first "willed" LD was a nightmare but im proud of myself for keeping my compsure and dealing with the scary imagry.

has anyone else had a nightmare first ld?

i had a lucid dream when i was five but that doesnt count, this was my "first" lucid dream and im pissed it was a nightmare lol.
