Which one seems more likely to be real? Neither. These people make sites that trick you into submitting your email (and eventually your credit card details) by making fake accounts (on forums like this, and then claiming to have some magic formula to have 30 min LD) and sites (like the one in the OP)
Which would be more of importance? well, both, I could use a card and 30 min lucid dreaming does not sound so bad either, however the ways of getting them is in this particular situation, shady.

Now, 99.99% of these sites are fake if, by any any chance this is that 00.01% site that is real, then I apologize.
