Uraki, thanks for creating your workbook! I would have replied sooner, but I've been bogged down with stuff. I guess meditation has the same effect as daydreaming. When you daydream, you're sorting through all your stray thoughts subconsciously, just like when you dream. When you get to a peaceful state of meditation, you've let all those thoughts go, so that you don't need to sort through them. |
