      Smile joo meditation workbook

      i have been doing meditation but really to no avail maybe im doing it the wrongway and inconsistent. it brings me more headaches and anxiety instead. its my dream to learn meditation, be more focus and to easily concentrate. hope i can be helped here.

      If you're getting a headache, I'm pretty sure you're going in the right direction. Most likely the cause of these headaches -however i don't know about the anxiety- is from concentrating more than usual and crackin' open your pineal gland. Keep doing what you're doing. I had a killer headache yesterday, did a little meditation and poof, it was diminished greatly. If you're having trouble concentrating, try going to youtube and typing in "Binaural Beats". A lot of people believe this to be a hoax, but I've been listening to these when my concentration is minimal and it REALLY helps me. Also, they're just fun to listen to. Don't give up!
