I think... meditation is a great tool, a swiss knife for lucid dreamers (and for people in general, taking into account the stressful life in the city), due to the capacity to clear or focus our mind on something according our needs. I hope to being able to take into practice the knowledge enough to boost my lucid dreaming abilities, and in second term, see some benefits in my life (such as better concentration).
